But the nut of the day is 'sweetened walnuts'.. this was waiting for me by the time I reached home from walk. A chinese friend gave a box of those for lending him abook. He once gave 'chestnuts' to my friend for lending her calculator. Unfortunately he lost it and later replaced it.
