As unplanned

Today I had to make certain calls, to clear up a matter. I did not know , in which order to go about it, as they seemed very related and it seemed that info gathered from one conversation would make the next more informed. The first call, was denied as nobody picked the phone up. the second after lots of transfers, went to this voice message which was neatly and slowly worded and made me think that the speaker spoke like a lady , I met in some meeting. I didnt make the third call, as at the end of this I had no info to relay to the third. Also, the news that I was going to convey, is better done in person.
